How is the price calculated?

Dissertation and thesis, journal manuscript and professional document editing use a per-word estimate based on the document, service and turnaround. The estimate is shown before checkout.

Executive CV / Résumé & Applications is a fixed-price engagement rather than a per-word service. The price, inclusions and service boundaries are shown before purchase.

What does Twikz check?

The exact checks depend on the selected service. Your editor may examine language, structure, evidence relationships, internal consistency, reader expectations, figures, tables, references or other document-specific elements where they fall within that service.

The service scope and exclusions are available before purchase. After purchase, your document-specific destination, requirements and priorities are recorded before substantive work begins.

How is my editor selected?

Your editor is selected according to the document type, subject area and level of editorial work required, so the review is handled by someone with appropriate experience for the task.

What file formats are accepted?

DOCX is required for tracked editing. PDF may be accepted as supporting material. Other formats are considered only where the calculator or project confirmation expressly allows them.

Does Twikz check references?

Reference, citation and source checks are included only where they form part of the selected service. Twikz does not independently verify every source, factual claim or citation unless that work is explicitly included in that service.

Is a follow-up included?

Any included follow-up is stated in the selected service before purchase. New material, a new destination or a substantially revised document may require a separate engagement.

What will I receive?

Deliverables vary by service. They may include a tracked working document, a clean copy, visible comments or queries and a service-specific Completion Brief or completion record.

What happens if Twikz misses an objective error?

If an objective error falls within the scope of the service purchased, it can be raised under the Correction & Refund Policy. Where the policy applies, the issue is corrected without an additional editing charge.

How quickly will I receive the work?

Turnaround depends on the selected service, document size and availability. The available turnaround options are shown before checkout, and the selected timetable forms part of the purchase.

Will Twikz write missing academic content?

No. Twikz does not invent research, evidence, citations, findings, analyses or assessed content. Your editor may identify an apparent gap, recover relevant material already present in the submitted files, or explain what requires your decision or further work.

Can Twikz edit assessed academic work?

Only where editing is permitted by the applicable university, journal or other governing rules. You remain responsible for confirming that the service is allowed for your work and for complying with any restrictions identified for the engagement.

Can Twikz guarantee publication, a degree result or an interview?

No. Twikz can improve the document within the scope of the service purchased, but publication, examination, recruitment and other external decisions remain with the relevant journal, university, employer or decision-maker.

Will Twikz rewrite my document?

Twikz may recast language, reorganise material or recommend structural changes within the scope of the service purchased, but the service does not replace your authorship or invent substantive content, evidence, achievements, interpretations or decisions.

Where a material decision requires your authority, it is returned to you rather than silently made on your behalf.

What does Twikz not do?

Twikz does not act as a substitute for academic supervision, scientific or statistical validation, financial audit, legal advice, recruitment decision-making or professional approval. Will my document remain confidential?

Access is limited to the people and service providers who need the information to deliver or support the service. The Confidentiality & AI page explains access, storage, retention and deletion in more detail.

Does Twikz use AI or analytical systems?

Analytical systems may support source-linked analysis, consistency checking or other defined parts of the workflow. They do not make substantive editorial decisions on their own.

A human editor validates material findings before they guide substantive intervention and remains responsible for the editorial work delivered to you.

Can I cancel?

Cancellation and refund rights depend on the stage of the service and the work already completed. The applicable terms are set out in the Correction & Refund Policy and at checkout.

How do I contact Twikz about an existing order?

Use the order-support contact provided in your confirmation and include the relevant order reference. Do not send additional confidential material to a general email address unless you have been asked to do so.
