Named responsibility for serious documents
ABOUT TWIKZ
Twikz is built around a simple principle: serious documents should not disappear into an anonymous editing process. The responsible reviewer, the scope of the engagement and the limits of editing should be clear from the start.

WHY TWIKZ EXISTS
Better English is not enough if the process remains unclear.
Many editing services promise better English while leaving customers uncertain about what was checked, who was responsible for the work and whether the document was prepared for its real destination.
Twikz was designed differently. The scope is agreed before work begins, substantive issues are made visible, and the responsible reviewer is identified. The aim is not simply cleaner prose, but a document whose meaning, evidence, structure and language have been examined in relation to its intended reader, applicable rules and the decision or assessment it is intended to support.
A focused editing service for documents that must satisfy a defined reader or rule set, or support a defined decision.

FOUNDER & LEAD REVIEWER
Named responsibility starts with the person leading the review.
Dr Raza is the founder and lead reviewer of Twikz. His professional background spans more than 30 years across academic research, business analysis, finance and professional document review. After completing his PhD, he held research positions in London and Cambridge before working in finance.
Twikz also works with specialist editors whose subject knowledge, editorial judgement and professional experience are matched to the work. Expertise spans science, engineering, business, literature, media, advertising and the arts.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Responsibility should be visible before the editing begins.
Scope, authority and correction routes are treated as part of the service, not as administrative detail.
01 Named reviewer
The responsible reviewer is identified before work begins.
02 Defined scope
The scope and exclusions are recorded before work begins.
03 Visible intervention
Material interventions are visible rather than silently imposed.
04 No invented support
Unsupported evidence is questioned rather than invented.
05 Correction route
Objective errors missed within the agreed scope are corrected under the Correction & Refund Policy.
The Twikz Method
Twikz works from document-level understanding before final language refinement. Source-linked analysis, structured editorial intervention and human judgement are used to identify what should be preserved, clarified, moved, queried or returned to you for decision.
