Named responsibility for serious documents

Twikz is built around a simple principle: serious documents should not disappear into an anonymous editing process. The responsible reviewer, the scope of the engagement and the limits of editing should be clear from the start.

WHY TWIKZ EXISTS

Many editing services promise better English while leaving customers uncertain about what was checked, who was responsible for the work and whether the document was prepared for its real destination.

Twikz was designed differently. The scope is agreed before work begins, substantive issues are made visible, and the responsible reviewer is identified. The aim is not simply cleaner prose, but a document whose meaning, evidence, structure and language have been examined in relation to its intended reader, applicable rules and the decision or assessment it is intended to support.

A focused editing service for documents that must satisfy a defined reader or rule set, or support a defined decision.

FOUNDER & LEAD REVIEWER

Dr Raza is the founder and lead reviewer of Twikz. His professional background spans more than 30 years across academic research, business analysis, finance and professional document review. After completing his PhD, he held research positions in London and Cambridge before working in finance.

Twikz also works with specialist editors whose subject knowledge, editorial judgement and professional experience are matched to the work. Expertise spans science, engineering, business, literature, media, advertising and the arts.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Scope, authority and correction routes are treated as part of the service, not as administrative detail.

The responsible reviewer is identified before work begins.

The scope and exclusions are recorded before work begins.

Material interventions are visible rather than silently imposed.

Unsupported evidence is questioned rather than invented.

Objective errors missed within the agreed scope are corrected under the Correction & Refund Policy.
